Information we collect

We collect only the information you choose to give us when you submit a form, and limited technical information needed to operate the website securely.

• Contact and enquiry forms: your name, email address, mobile and WhatsApp numbers, organization, job title, country, subject, area of interest, message and preferred contact method.
• Application form: in addition, your nationality, country of residence, the program and track you are interested in, applicant type, preferred language and delivery method, and any document (such as a CV) you choose to attach.
• Institutional enquiry form: your organization’s name and type, the number of participants, required training or consulting areas, preferred delivery mode, timeline and requirements.
• Technical data: your IP address is processed temporarily to prevent spam and abuse (rate limiting and bot protection). It is not stored with your enquiry.

How we use your information

We rely on the consent you give when submitting a form, and on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

• To respond to your enquiry, application or partnership request.
• To contact you about the programs, services or events you asked about, using your preferred contact method.
• To prepare proposals and administer registrations you have requested.
• To keep the website secure and prevent misuse.

Who receives your information

Form submissions are delivered by email to the Lex Nova team at info@lexnovacenter.ae. We use service providers to host the website, send email and, where enabled, protect forms from automated abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile), provide live chat and measure website usage. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. Some providers may process data outside the United Arab Emirates.

We may disclose information where required by applicable law or to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and application information only for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and to meet our legal obligations. Attached documents are delivered to our team by email and are not stored on the website.

Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to being contacted, by emailing info@lexnovacenter.ae. We will respond in line with applicable data protection law in the United Arab Emirates.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, forms are validated and filtered on our server, and access credentials are kept out of the website code. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
